Nourish Goats Milk Kefir – have you tried it yet?
We have nurtured specially selected kefir grains that are lively and happily one to ferment in our fresh goats milk. After a year of trials we perfected our recipe for a super tasty and refreshing goats milk kefir. It’s rather moreish once you try it – and we hope you will love it!
Because we use real kefir grains you will get all the goodness of the gut friendly bacteria and enzymes, including a bacteria called kefiran – that you only get from kefir grains that you only find in kefir made from real kefir grains! Gut friendly bacteria that have been demonstrated to colonise in the intestines and assist digestion.
Nourish Goats Milk Kefir is a perfect alternative to cow’s milk. Scientific studies have demonstrated that the fat molecules in goats milk are smaller, which makes them easier to digest.

Thank you so much for your time last Monday. I am emailing to say I seem to be responding well to the shots (and I really do love the intense taste. It’s lovely!). In the first few days my tummy was rather solid but work was very stressful so I think that was more than likely the cause. I have noticed a little more of a blocked nose but nothing much more than that.
After the first few days of having the shots I’ve also been drinking some of the goat kefir and feel I am doing well on it. My gut is not reacting negatively at the moment so that is great news.
I must say the most incredible reaction is from my eczema/psoriasis (it’s been called both over the years). I’ve been smearing some goat kefir on it 2-3 times a day and it has massively improved. I’m taking photos of my skin to note changes and I am so pleased as there is barely any itching. If my skin is benefiting in such a positive way then I can only imagine how much good it’s doing to my insides. I hope the improvements continue.

Love it! Yes it takes like goats cheese which is weird in the morning, but i have now got used to it and really enjoy it! especially knowing that it is giving my body such goodness and hopefully helping my crohns disease out! thank you so much, can’t wait for my next order to arrive xxx

I ordered 8 (250ml) bottles as I read the reviews and all said it has no strong taste like other goats milk products. Unfortunately I should not have trusted the reviews because I’ve just tried one and I personally do not like the taste at all, it’s too strong for me. If you like the taste of goats milk this is for you, if not, better order cows milk kefir. It is a shame, now I have lots of kefir bottles I’m not going to drink. It would be nice if you could offer first customers the option of buying less quantity to try your product on the first order instead of having to order a big quantity without knowing if you like it or not.

Lovely product , was wary that it was going to be very strong tasting but that wasn’t the case…. Tasted fab an went down a treat.
Definetly worth trying if in the market for Goats milk kefir.

Just to say that this goat’s kefir is delicious. It’s of a creamy consistency and lovely on cereal (I soak porridge in it) and as a drink. The best thing of all is that it is good for you!
I was worried that it would be stronger than the cows milk kefir that I’m used to, however, I was very pleasantly surprised by it’s mild flavour. Delicious, highly recommend this milk.

I just wanted to say how much I have enjoyed your goat’s milk kefir. As someone who can’t digest cow’s milk, it can be very hard to source kefir made from goat’s milk.
Your product is extremely tasty and satisfying. I have been drinking it on its own, and as a topping for my oats, seeds and fruit in the morning. I had an unfortunate bout of food poisoning the other week, and the kefir has helped me to heal my gut and make me feel human again!
