Delivery of Nourish Kefir to your home or chosen destination

Your order will be sent with TNT next day courier service.  We can reach most UK postcodes with the next day service.  For addresses further away we will do our best to reach you but delivery may take 2 days.  We arrange courier deliveries by 1pm each day Monday to Wednesday for delivery Tuesday to Thursday.  All deliveries are sent overnight to arrive at your specified destination next day.
For same day service the delivery cost will have to be quoted as a separate charge.
Unfortunately we cannot provide same day service for the £8 delivery price.
Orders received after 1pm will be prepared for dispatch on the following day.
Please note TNT couriers will require a signature to leave the box!  If you will be not home we ask that you leave a signed note with instructions for the courier to leave the box somewhere safe.  We will always do our best to help you track your delivery.  You can also call TNT on 0800 100 600.

  • Starter Cultures are posted by Royal Mail.  3+ packets will be special delivery

Shipping fees include the courier charge and packing fees as well as postage costs. Transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment, if your order weighs more than 20Kg the cost to send will increase.

Your pack shipment

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible.  They are wrapped in ice packs and bubble wrap to keep the kefir cold until you receive it.  The ice packs can generally hold a cold temperature for 2 days.  The ice packs will melt over time but your kefir should remain cold.  Starter culture packets are sent by royal mail first class.  This is not refrigerated transport.  It is fine for the cultures to be transported in this way and will not affect their quality.  However, we recommend that you store your packets in the fridge until use.

If we have any reason to delay your order and it will not arrive on the day you requested we will contact you by phone and email to inform you, and offer you an alternative delivery day.
