Order Confirmation
Once you have submitted an order using our on-line order system, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

Payment
Credit terms are strictly payment before delivery. Invoices will be issued upon receipt of order and should be settled prior to delivery of goods. Payment is currently possible via paypal, cheque or bank transfer. You do not need to have an account wtih paypal in order to use it. Cheques should be made payable to Carr Foods Ltd and posted to our address: Unit 49 Capital Business Centre, 22 Carlton Road, South Croydon, CR2 0BS.

Delivery of your order
Your order is sent by TNT courier for next day delivery.  In placing your order you agree to be home on the day of delivery, or if no one is home you agree to leave a signed note for the courier – instructing him to leave your kefir order in a safe place, such as in the porch, behind the recycle bin or with a neighbour.  We cannot provide or guarantee a delivery time, but on request we can provide you with a consignment number for you to track your order online.  You can also call TNT on freephone 0800 100 600 to track delivery.  From time to time things can go wrong – such as the courier cannot find your address, the courier vehicle breaks down or the driver runs out of driving hours!  Should this happen we will instruct TNT to return the following day with your kefir order. To reduce difficulty in finding your address please inform us in advance of any landmarks, unusual circumstances, or parking restrictions that we will forward on to the courier. If your order has not arrived on the expected day please inform us at the earliest time by phone or email so we can quickly investigate with the courier.

Changes to Order
Order cancellations, amendments or additions are accepted by email or phone. However, we cannot accept cancellation after the order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our drinks being perishable items we are not able to accept returns or refunds if you change your mind.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if our terms are not met.

Data Protection
We will never disclose customer information to any third party, nor will we store financial information about any customers.  Our database remains confidential to Nourish Kefir/ Carr Foods Ltd, working within the guidelines set-out in the Data Protection Act 1998.

Unforeseen Circumstances
We will make every effort to meet and exceed customer expectations with regards to the quality of our products and our levels of service. Should any unforeseen circumstances* occur that should prevent us from doing this we will make every effort to keep customers informed of any changes to orders at the earliest possible time. *Such as Acts of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control.

We will be respond to the situation as speedily and thoroughly as possible.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time by posting them on the website. Your continued use of the website after any such change will be deemed acceptance of the changed Terms and Conditions.

Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by British Law. By ordering products from our site you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions under the jurisdiction of the British Courts. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect customers statutory rights.
