100% Organic live fermented kefir milk drink
Nourish Kefir drinks are lovingly made at our dairy in small batches, to a traditional recipe of fermenting live organic kefir grains with fresh, organic, British whole cow’s milk. The result is a refreshingly delicious, slightly tangy, sugar-free, gluten, preservative and additive free yoghurt drink!
Each bottle is packed with billions of live bacteria, and the taste – slightly sour, slightly fizzy is the authentic taste of real kefir!
How to enjoy it?
Nourish Kefir is perfect just as it is, as a drink at the start or the end the day. It’s also quite versatile and kefir is also really tasty poured over muesli or granola as the tang of the kefir complements the sweetness of dried fruits.
If you prefer a slightly sweeter taste you can make a super smoothie by blending with some Nourish Kefir with your choice of fruit (we think banana goes really well, and summer berries are totally delicious – with a dash of honey or agave).
Kefir can be baked into bread – making it slightly sour-dough style, or blended with herbs and balsamic for a salad dressing. You can make a really tasty snack blending kefir and avocado – and spread it on toast – it’s devine!
Suitable for all ages* (from 12 months to 100 years), it’s a nutritious and nourishing drink that will give you and your nearest and dearest, a great source of energy and make you feel good on the inside! (*except for individuals with cow’s milk allergy)
Nourish Kefir is a good source of nutrients:
Fats, proteins, carbohydrates, Vitamins A, B, D, E, K and minerals calcium and potassium.
A perfect portion size – Each bottle contains live bacteria of up to 40 different strains:
- 247ml bottle – around 100 billion
- 500ml bottle – over 200 billion!
Drink within 2-3 days of opening.
Always keep your bottles nice and cold in the fridge and shake well before opening!
Any slight fizz on opening a bottle is a natural effervescence caused by the fermentation of yeasts and bacteria – and is why kefir is often called the ‘Champagne’ of yoghurt drinks – enjoy!
How much should you drink?
There are no rules for drinking kefir – it’s really up to you! However, we think ‘little and often’ is a good approach when you are first trying it, to ensure you get lots of wonderful bacteria into your body. We suggest having a little at breakfast, some more just before dinner and the last mouthful before bed!

Kefir Grains are the most wonderful type of micro-organism, culture, bacteria – however you like to think of them. They are not a grain as such like wheat or barley and they are totally gluten free!
Nourish Kefir is NOT pasteurised after fermentation. It is live live live!
