100% Organic Fruit Kefir Smoothies

We upgraded to using only organic ingredients to make our fruit kefir smoothies.  with our Organic Cow’s milk kefir – that is always made with freshly fermented kefir grains.

Organic strawberry puree and organic agave nectar to sweeten.  we think it tastes like strawberry ice cream – it’s yummy!

Organic blueberry puree and pomegranate molasses – is delicious.  The pomegranate gives the perfect tangy bite!

You will notice that the colour of our fruit smoothies is quite pale.  There’s an interesting reason for this… well firstly it’s completely natural, and the fruit colour is polyphenols (which are anti-oxidants).  The bacteria in the kefir are ‘digesting’ the polyphenols and in doing so are actually making them easier for us to digest and absorb – which is another reason why we love kefir so much!  … but in doing this the smoothies can lose the strong fruit colour – we thought you might be interested to know this little fact.

Our fruit smoothies are rich in billions of naturally occurring live gut friendly bacteria from the organic kefir.

They are free from any preservatives or additives, so they don’t keep for long…
