Breakfast Suggestion

One of my favourite breakfasts is muesli with dried fruit and nuts.
I usually add a few extra nuts – brazil and walnuts, with a topping of cacao nibs – (they are so tasty!) and a sprinkling of maca powder – then covered in lots of deliciously refreshing Nourish Kefir !
It’s great for energy, slow release carbohydrate, essential vitamins and minerals and lots of gut friendly bacteria.
