Order Confirmation
Once you have submitted an order using our on-line order system, you will receive confirmation by e-mail.

Payment
Credit terms are strictly payment on/before delivery. Invoices will be issued upon receipt of order and should be settled prior to delivery of goods. Payment is currently possible by cheque or bank transfer. Cheques should be made payable to CARR FOODS LTD.

Delivery
A delivery charge may be applicable depending on the order value and final delivery destination. This will be calculated after the order is placed and you will be informed of the final order amount and relevant delivery charge.

Please provide full information about any specific delivery requirements with full contact details. We will do our best to meet your requests, however if we are unable to do so we will inform you at the earliest time to make alternative arrangements. Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, though we will make efforts to provide approximate delivery times where requested.

Delivery drivers are reluctant to leave goods when no one is there to receive them. Please ensure someone is there to receive goods on the delivery day. If goods are undeliverable by the courier, he/she will leave a card to say they have called. It is your responsibility to follow up communication with the courier and make arrangements to collect your order.

Delivery Address:
Only one address can be accepted. The delivery driver must have a contact number for the delivery address. Deliveries must be signed for. It is your duty and responsibility to ensure that someone will be available to receive the goods on your requested delivery date and location and provide the necessary refrigerated storage conditions of 4° C, to maintain the quality and freshness of the product.

Changes to Order
Order cancellations, amendments or additions are accepted up to a minimum of 2 working days before the due delivery date.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if our terms are not met.

Returns
Kefir is a fresh dairy product with a limited shelf life and we do not offer goods on a sale or return basis. We reserve the right to dismiss requests for the return of goods. In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, damaged or below quality, you are requested to contact us within 24-hours and return the goods for investigation. Refunds or replacements will be determined as appropriate.

Data Protection
We will not disclose customer information to any third party, our database remains confidential to CARR FOODS Ltd, working within the guidelines set-out in the Data Protection Act 1998.
From time to time we would like to keep you informed about our business by email. Should you not wish to receive these emails from us please let us know. At any time should you no longer wish to hear from us you can ‘unsubscribe’ and your address will be removed from the database.

Unforeseen Circumstances
We will make every effort to meet and exceed customer expectations with regards to the quality of our products and our levels of service. Should any unforeseen circumstances* occur that should prevent us from doing this we will make every effort to keep customers informed of any changes to orders at the earliest possible time. *Such as Acts of God, War, Strike, Lockout, Labour Dispute, Fire, Flood, Drought or other causes beyond our control.

You will be acknowledged within 24-hours of receipt, and we will be respond to the situation as speedily and thoroughly as possible.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to the terms and conditions at any time by posting them on the website. Your continued use of the website after any such change will be deemed acceptance of the changed Terms and Conditions.

Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by British Law. By ordering products from our site you indicate your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions under the jurisdiction of the British Courts. Our Terms and Conditions do not affect customers’ statutory rights.
