Nourish Kefir is made from fresh, whole organic cows milk, lovingly prepared following a centuries old traditional method, using the living kefir grains that transform milk into ‘super’ milk or ‘miracle' milk, as we like to call it.

As well as being a refreshing drink, kefir is a 100% natural probiotic; when you drink a glass of kefir you benefit from its natural and unique probiotics that encourage ‘good’ bacteria to flourish and help to eliminate 'bad' pathogenic bacteria from the intestines.


The transformation of milk into kefir makes it superior to regular whole milk, by making the nutrients much easier to digest and absorb. The calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and vitamins A, B, D, E and K, in kefir are readily absorbed into the body
